McKay, Nick, Ryan (James Williams), Bob (HUD).  Met signed the documents for the final inspections.   We did not have a draw for the final $50k left before retention so Colleen sent us a draw and Kristie (Property Manager) printed the needed copies.

We also installed the site monument signs.

William Scottsman collected our trailer.

(Huskies) Graded and trenched for the strip along the South end of the property.  Started planting trees and plants around Building 'B' and the Southern strip.

(Reliance) Installed the last three light poles.  One is still missing the top and another has been damaged.  They also installed the floodlights for the monument signs.

The remaining items on the temporary C of O were signed off by both the Fire Marshal and the County.  I returned the water meter to Maser.

(Huskies) Took delivery of 50,000 feet of sod and started installing around Building 'C'.  They should have all of the sod for the project installed this week.

(Huskies) Finished raking around the ClubHouse then planted the trees and plants.

(Wall to Wall) Painted the body on the West side of Building 'A'

(Reliance) Finished installing their trims in the ClubHouse.  We tested the ClubHouse fire panel to all of the Buildings.  One of the Exit signs would not work. 

(SBS) John Simmons came back up today to install the glass on the interior door and the self closing hinges.  He had to re key a unit where the keys did not match.  He asked that Kristie check each unit to make sure they all match.

(Huskies) Raked around and installed heads for the ClubHouse. Once again someone has driven over the corners of the grass in Building 'A' parking lot.  There were also tire tracks across the North end of Building 'B' to the garage parking lot.   Also along 2500 W someone drove over the grass and many sprinkler heads.

(Wall to Wall) Painted the body on the North West corner of Building 'A'.

(Clegg Steel) Installed the last two dumpster gates and cleaned the concrete off of the stairs in each of the Buildings.  They did not get all of it cleaned up and Milo (Clegg Steel) told me that if the painters need to clean any more they can back charge them.

(SBS) John Simmons came up to install the interior glass in the ClubHouse and and change out the storage room door for the mechanical room door.  The glass he brought up was too small and he could not find the spring hinges for the storage door.  He will drive back tomorrow with the right glass.

(G&M Woods) Lowered the counter tops in the Clubhouse to ADA height.

(Red Oak) Reinstalled the sinks in the Clubhouse and repaired a leak in B205.

(Huskies) Installed the gravel in all the patios.  3 of them helped me pour the curb wall behind Building 'C'.

(Wall to Wall) Finished caulking Building 'A' and started masking to paint the trim.

(Air Doctors) Came to fix A207's AC. Turns out it only needed a couple of the registers closed down for better balance.

The backhoe would not drive we tried everything.  Then when I was about to give up I wiggled the clutch button( Which  has been stuck for a long while)  When it moved so did the tires.  We took the cover off and pried the button back out.

(Huskies) Received their sod for the planter against 2500 W and the buildings. 

(Reliance) Worked on odds and ends in the Clubhouse.  Set the light poles outside of the Clubhouse.

Mario cut the control joints into the curb and gutter for Building 'B'.  Then he backfilled for the asphalt patch.

(Huskies) Used our backhoe to regrade the pad Mario had to make for the painters and rain gutter guys lift on the East end of Building 'C' for final grade. 

(Wall to Wall) Finished painting the steel on Building 'B' and touched up the steel on 'E'.

(Reliance) Trimed out the Clubhouse.  They worked on moving the fire panel to the Clubhouse.  The phone line had not been transferred to the Clubhouse from Building 'A'.  I called Strata and put in an emergency call for no dial tone.  The service tech came out and told Nate (Reliance) that the soonest they could get dial tone would be Friday, due to the holiday.  I called the main office and talked to Valerie,  she checked and told me the same thing.  I called Kristie and warned her that the fire alarm would not call the fire department.  I also called the Marshal and told him. 

We poured the curb and gutter for Building 'B'.  We split it into 2 pours and added retardant but we still had to steal a landscaper to help finish it so we would not loose it.

(Wall to Wall) Stripped the masking on Building 'B' and started painting the steel on the West side.

(Reliance) Trimed out the Clubhouse.  They worked on moving the fire panel to the Clubhouse.

(SBS) Worked on the punch list for the buildings.

Mario and Juan formed for tomorrows curb and gutter pour.  They added road base and we borrowed DG's jumpping jack to compact it.

(Huskies) Worked on final grade and sprinklers around the Clubhouse.  They received their plant delivery for the whole site.

(Clegg Steel) Installed the Dumpster gates and started clean-up of the concrete stairs for paint.

(Wall to Wall) Prepped the East side of Building 'B' there were hundreds of nails in the face of the siding.

(Sterns) Poured a couple loose sidewalk areas that they missed.

(Red Oak) Started installing trim in the Club House.

Mario worked on installing the partitions in the ClubHouse bathrooms.

(Sterns) Poured the dumpster pads for 'B' and 'E'.

This weekend while Mario was borrowing the lift to tighten the steel bolts a couple of Sterns employees got in the painters lift and raised it up as high as it would go.  They got locked out of the controls and could not get down,  They called the Fire department but another Sterns employee figured out how to get them down from the bottom controls.  

Mario worked on installing the partitions in the ClubHouse bathrooms.

(Huskies) Started laying sod around Building 'A'.

(Wholesale Flooring) Finished laying tile in the ClubHouse and started grouting. 

(Wall to Wall) Rob showed me how much better the decks would look if he painted the concrete on the face of the them.  He went through and painted the faces on all of the painted buildings.  Bob started the final touch-up on Building 'B'.

(Sterns) Poured around the ClubHouse.

The painter told me that a few of the bolts on the steel were now loose.  He let Mario use the lift and tighten them.

We received delivery of the wood chips in the playground.
