(Warburtons) worked on siding for the North Breeze way. 

(Nutek) Hung Sheetrock on last of 3rd floor units.  Continued taping on 1st floor of Building 'A'

(Air Doctors) installed ducts on 3rd and 4th floor of Building 'A'

(Extreme Fire) worked on the attic system for Building 'A' North end.  Cut the sprinkler heads for 3rd floor Building 'A'.  I called Jeremy (Fire Marshal) and arranged for him to come on Saturday to inspect the attic system so we can hang Sheetrock on the 4th floor.

(Utek) Set roof sections on Building 'D' finished the sheer tie-ins and details on 4th floor of Building 'E'.  Built floor section for Building 'B'

(Reliance) wired all the exhaust fans and lights in the drops on 4th floor Building 'A'

(Warburtons) worked on siding for the North Breeze way and the siding and Soffit on the West center section of Building 'A'.  Installed house wrap on the North end of Building 'A' until the wind/snow made it unsafe to work in the man basket.

(Air Doctors) Installed the remaining ducts on 2nd Floor and started on the South end of 3rd floor.

Talking Points

1. (Air Doctors) will finish ducts on 2nd floor today, 4th floor tomorrow,  3rd floor Wednesday or Thursday.  They will also finish the fire caulk for inspection tomorrow.
2. Framers will finish framing drops tonight.
3. (Extreme Fire) will finish the Attic system by end of day Tuesday 12/18 so that drywall can be hung on the 4th floor.  Drywall can hang all but the North breeze way and Northern 2 units.
4. (Red Oak) Will finish tubs and DWV for inspection on Thursday 12/20.  Gas lines will start Thursday and 1st and 2nd floors will be complete by Thursday 12/27.
5. (Nutek) will have ½ of 1st floor ready for finish carpenters by Thursday 12/20.
6. In the 1x1 exterior units for Building ‘C’ 4th floor we will end the drop at the edge of the bedroom door in order to clear the attic access.  William (Air Doctors) said that it  will mean that the duct will end in the end of the drop and not down through the drop but that should not be a problem.  Shawn (Extreme Fire) said that Fire sprinklers should not need to change.

(Warburtons) worked on siding for the South Breeze way and the siding and soffit on the West center section of Building 'A'.  Continued drying in Building 'C'.

(Nutek) Hung Sheetrock on the 7th of the 8 1st floor units. Hung the 4th floor breeze way lids until Extreme Fire stopped them on the North End because they had not finished their attic system.  Fire taped 3rd floor units.  Taped pre rock behind the tubs on Building 'C'

(Extreme Fire) Worked on the attic system on Building 'A' and tested the 1st and 2nd floors for frost damage with compressed air.

(Utek) framed drops on 4th Floor of Building 'A'.  Framed backing around the 4th floor chase ceilings. Set the first entry gable and stared framing the roof on it.  Finished shear tie ins on 4th floor of Building 'D'.  Prepped to set walls on 4th floor Building 'E'.  Continued pre fab on Building 'B' 2nd Floor sections.

(Warburtons) worked on siding for the South Breeze way and the siding and soffit on the West center section of Building 'A'.  Started drying in Building 'C'.

(Nutek) Hung sheetrock on the 6th of the 8 1st floor units.  Continued pre rock behind the tubs on Building 'C'

(Diamond Z) poured the grout for the top of the stone columns and cleaned up.

(Extreme Fire) worked on the attic system and cut he sprinkler heads that were already sheetrocked into the drops on Building 'A'

(Utek) Finished 2nd Floor drops. Installed the solid backing around all the chases in Building 'C'. Installed straps and sheer tie ins on Building 'D'. And started pre fabing Building 'B's 2nd Floor.  Paul agreed to have the drops on Building 'A' done this weekend.

(Reliance) driled, boxed and pulled low voltage in Building 'C'

(Cardalls) Insulated the walls behind the tubs and chases on Building 'C'

(Warburtons) Installed the siding and soffit on the South West corner of Building 'A' as well as the South Breezeway.  Roofed Building 'A' Garage.

(Nutek) Finished hanging the 1st floor units on the South end of Building 'A' and started on the North end.

(Diamond Z) Grouted the last of the stone on the Chimneys and started laying the caps stones for he entry columns on Building 'A'

(Extreme Fire) Worked on the attic system on the North End of Building 'A'.  Shawn (Extreme Fire) decided last night that we will be OK to keep going covering he fire sprinklers.

(Air Doctors) Ran exhaust Vents on Building 'C"

(Utek)finished Building 'C" roof, Started setting windows on Building 'C. Set wall sections for the 4th floor on Building 'D' and sheeted the 4th Floor on Building 'E'.  They also moved their crane from Building 'C' to Building 'D'.

(Utek) Finished framing the roof on Building 'C' and started hanging windows and doors on Building 'C' I did not tell them that we had opposite slides on the doors and the first floor was hung wrong.

1. The Fire sprinkler pipes froze on 1st and 2nd floor.  We need to thaw and re test.  Wednesday.  This will slow drywall even further.
2. Framers will start drops Wednesday 12/12  morning.
3. Warburtons will be done with Building ‘A’ roof on Wednesday by Noon
4. Rob (Clegg Steel) will have steel for Buildings ‘D’ & ‘E’ steel and stairs on Monday 12/17
5. (Red Oak) wants to start setting the tubs in Building ‘C’ (Nutek) will start hanging the pre-rock Wednesday.  I need to get heat for the firetape.
