(Cardalls)Insulated the walls and ceilings on the North end of 3rd Floor for Building 'A' and finished the demising walls on 3rd and 4th floor.
(Warburtons) siding South breezeway and Soffit on Building 'A'.
(Nutek) hung on the South end of 1st floor of Building 'A'.
(Diamond Z)Cleaned up their masking on Building 'A'
(Extreme Fire) worked on the attic system for Building 'A'. They also discovered that the 1st and 2nd Floor sprinklers have frozen. We need to defrost the system and retest for pressure.
(Air Doctors) assembled all the parts for running their flex duct once the drops are framed
(Utek) Finished framing the roof on Building 'C' and started hanging windows and doors on Building 'C' I did not tell them that we had opposite slides on the doors and the first floor was hung wrong.
(Reliance) pulls feeders to Building 'C' Panels.
(Red Oak Plumbing) fire caulked 2nd floor again and failed again.

- The Fire sprinkler pipes froze on 1st and 2nd floor. We need to thaw and re test. Wednesday. This will slow drywall even further.
- Framers will start drops Wednesday 12/12 morning.
- Warburtons will be done with Building ‘A’ roof on Wednesday by Noon
- Rob (Clegg Steel) will have steel for Buildings ‘D’ & ‘E’ steel and stairs on Monday 12/17
- (Red Oak) wants to start setting the tubs in Building ‘C’ (Nutek) will start hanging the pre-rock Wednesday. I need to get heat for the firetape.
- (Air Doctors) will be running their vents in the chases on Building ‘C’ this weekend.
- 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Floors of Building ‘A’ ready for drops to be framed.
- Final 4-way inspection notes
- Fire caulk all ceiling penetrations (Romex, drains & fire sprinklers)
- Fire caulk all penetrations into exterior walls (Vents & Linesets)
- Plug the holes under the tubs on Building ‘A’ for gypcrete.
- 2nd Floor corridor ceiling needs to be re inspected (Nutek) will pull down the drywall on each side for re inspection.
