(Sterns) Poured the first 100' of sidewalk around Building 'A' and formed the second 100' and the stairs on the South West entry.  They had to cut out and replace the ADA ramp on the South East curb.

While Sterns was cutting the concrete in front of Building 'A' the smoke from the saw got into the riser room smoke detector.  The fire alarm went off.  It called the entire Uintah County fire department.

(SBS) Installed hardware and unboxed appliances for Building 'C'.  They repaired 3 door stops in Building 'D' that were damaged when windows were left open and the wind blew them closed.

(G&M Woods) Installed the cabinets in Building 'C' 2nd and 3rd floors on West end.

(Wall to Wall) Painted the patches on the 4th floor of the South Tower in Building 'A'.  There were 50 in just these four units.

Outback Rentals came out to repair the lift and the pin that holds the new ram to the forks would not go through the bent bracket.  We are going to rent a lift for now and buy a new bracket.

(Nutek) Hung the sheetrock in Building 'E'.  The tapers did not work on Building 'A' on Thursday and Friday.  The Painters were able to start on Building 'D' while they wait to touch up Building 'A'. They will repaire Building 'A' so that the painters can touch up on Wednesday. 

(Warburtons) Worked on the West side of Building 'C' but their lift would not start today.  Worked on the East side of Building 'D'.

(Air Doctors) Worked on the flex ducts 3rd and 4th floors Building 'E' and passed inspection on 3rd and 4th floors  fire caulk.

Talking Points:
Track out and Mud: Each contractor is responsible for their own track out both into the street and onto our lot.
Curbs are soft: With all of the melt the curbs are soft and I ask that no one drive over the curbs without a dirt ramp.
Heaters:  We will be turning the heaters off during the day and night unless the drywaller or painter needs them to dry.
Building ‘A’ Nutek will tape the patches and touch up for ‘A’ today and into tomorrow.  Rob (Wall to Wall) will start touch-up paint on Wednesday.
Building ‘C’  Vinyl will start on Wednesday 3/13.  They will have 2 or 3 units ready by 10 AM so that (G&M Woods) can start cabinet install on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors Wednesday 3/13 behind them..
Building ‘D’ 4th floor should be textured by 3/12 with sand and touch-up on Wednesday 3/13.   Finish work will be comple on 3rd floor for the painter to start by mid-day tomorrow 3/12.
Building ‘E’  Fire caulk inspection passed for 3rd and 4th floors today.  Flex ducts should be complete tonight for the entire Building.  Fire sprinklers are only trimmed in 2 ½ units on 1st floor they will try to get here tomorrow or Wednesday to cut the remainder of the Building.
Building ‘B’  Bryson (Reliance) said they will be able to have the whole of Building ‘A’ ready for 4-way Monday 3/18 and a majority for our 4-way on Thursday 3/14.  The insulators will start on Monday 3/18.
