(Sterns) Formed and installed water proofing for their corridors and decks on Building 'D'
(SBS) Worked on hardware and unboxed all of the appliances for Building 'A'. Hung Steel doors on Building 'E'
(SBS) Worked on hardware and unboxed all of the appliances for Building 'A'. Hung Steel doors on Building 'E'
(Diamond Z) Laid stone on the East side of Building 'D'
(Nutek) Taped 2nd and 3rd floor of Building 'D'. Hung drywall pre-rock on the 3rd floor of Building 'E'.
(Warburtons) Worked on the North side of Building 'C' and the 4th floor East breezeway. They continued on the South side of Building 'D'
(Air Doctors) Worked on the Hard ducts on 2nd floor Building 'E'.
(Red Oak) Finished Installing trim on the North tower Building 'A'. Passed inspection for gas and DWV on the Club House. Ether found a leak under the slab in Building 'D'. He had Sterns cut the slab and will investigate tomorrow.

Talking Points:
Track out and Mud: Each contractor is responsible for their own track out both into the street and onto our lot.
Curbs are soft: With all of the melt the curbs are soft and I ask that no one drive over the curbs without a dirt ramp.
Heaters: We will be turning the heaters off during the day and on low at night unless the drywaller or painter needs them to dry.
Building ‘A’ Ether needs meters for water test. Air Doctors will hook up the condensers and water heater vents next week.
Building ‘C’ Rob (Wall to Wall) said they will finish paint on all of the building this week. Vinyl will start on Monday 3/11. (G&M Woods) will start cabinet install on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Thursday 3/14.
Building ‘D’ 2nd floor should be textured by 3/5. Gypcrete will be poured on Thursday 3/7. The Corridors will be poured Tuesday 3/5. Finish work will be comple on first and 2nd floor for the painter to start on Monday 3/11.
Building ‘E’ Prerock will be complete on Tuesday 3/5/2013. Framers will start on Wednesday 3/6. Fire caulk inspection is set for 3/6. Flex ducts should be complete on 3/6 for Drywall to start hanging on 3/7.
Building ‘B’ Bryson (Reliance) said that they have more man power coming this week and they will be able to have the whole of Building ‘A’ ready for 4-way on Thursday 3/14. They may be able to have part of the building ready before then. The insulators will start on Monday 3/18. I will check to see if they can come earlier to get started.
