Work in Progress:
Met with Gary & Mike (Bandwidth), Terri (Questar), and Travis (Uintah County Roads) about under ground.
Bandwidth wants Strata to run up to the property line with their fiber then stop.  Bandwidth will then follow Rocky Mountain Power's trenches and run to each building.  Bandwidth will supply all the conduit.  Bandwidth requested a single large box on the building for service and 2" conduit (supplied by us) up to  the roof for the future satellite location.  In the unit boxes on the patio/decks they want 2 coax and 2 CAT-5 connected to a punch out box with CAT-5 and coax to each room and the TV room.  Bandwidth would like all CAT-5 terminated with RJ-45 jacks
.
Nick discussed a new layout for Questar to keep them in the park strips as much as possible and also run out to Main street so Questar could have two feeds.   Travis (Uintah County Roads) said there would be a $5,000 fee for cutting the pavement to access the gas line on 2500 West because it is a moratorium road.

Met with Matt (VK Custom Construction/HUD inspector) discussed the retention schedule is 10% up to 50% of the whole project is built then it drops down to 5% until we are 90% complete then it drops to 2.5% until completion.  Set up HUD inspections for the first and third Wednesday of the month at 1:00 PM.  Matt (HUD) needs a spread sheet of stored material with beginning value how much was used and how much remains.  Matt (HUD) would like to have a print out of building progress and labor for the trades.  I am to keep a log book of all progress reports and labor on site as well as the RFI and safety logs.
