(Huskies) Trenching and final grade around Building 'E'.

(Green Clean) Touched up Building 'D' and continued on Building 'E'.

(G&M) Finished counter tops on North tower of Building 'B'.  I called Melissa (SACO) and they are going to send a new above stove cabinet. 

(Wall to Wall) Prepped the breeze ways of Building 'D'. 

(Diamond Z) Caulked the column caps were they met with the steel.

(Clegg Steel) fixed the stairs in Building 'E', installed hand rails for the stairs in Building 'B',  cut down chimney caps, installed the sheets to cover the stair landings.

(Reliance) Worked on the trim in the North tower of Building 'B' and items from Building 'E' final inspection.  

(DG Concrete) Graded the west side of Building 'B' for rock walls and the break for drainage. 

We had final  re inspection on Building 'D'.  We pass for all but the exterior items and 2 notes for the plumber.  Aaron also asked that we install ramps at the end of the walks in the sections were we could not pour for safety.

(Huskies) Finished trenching around Building 'E' and started final grade.

(G&M) Installed Counter tops on the North tower of Building 'B'.  Geary confirmed that we are missing short one upper cabinet above the stove for Building 'B'. 

(Wall to Wall) Prepped the exterior of Building 'D'. Finished caulking the exterior siding. 

(Clegg Steel) Installed the handrails on the stairs in Building 'B', cut down the Chimney caps, welded plates under the stairs, and fixed the stairs in Building 'D'

.

(Diamond Z) Finished the stone for the Club House and laid the brick for the Monument sign.  It was way to small we decided to add 3 coarse on the top and fill it to the edge of the footing for length. 

(Air Doctors) Worked on the flu vents for the furnaces and water heaters in Building 'B'.

(Reliance) Worked on the items from Building 'E' final inspection. Finished installing the devices on the South tower of Building 'B'.

(DG Concrete) Graded the North and West sides of Building 'B' for sidewalks and condensers

(Huskies) Started trenching around Building 'E'.

(Green Clean) Started clean out on Building 'E'.

(G&M) Installed cabinets in all but one of the units on North tower of Building 'B'.  Greay told me that we might be short one upper cabinet above the stove for Building 'B'.  He will check tonight and let me know for sure in the morning.

(Wall to Wall) Prepped the exterior of Building 'D'.  Their brand new paint sprayer burned up it mother board.  Rick (Warburtons) called to tell me that the painters need to caulk the siding were it butts against the trim but should not caulk the butt joints in the field.  I checked on the Hardi web site and confirmed it.  I told Rob (Wall to Wall) he will have to caulk all of the siding were it butts the trim, and he told me that it will take over a week per 16 plex and 2 weeks for a 32.

(Warburtons) Finished the last of the breeze ways on Building 'B'.  We walked the job and I gave them a touch up list.  They filled the 30 yrd dumpster with siding a pallets.

(Diamond Z) Worked on the stone for the Club House. 

(Nutek) Finished the patches in Building 'E' including the fire tape in the under the stair closets.

(Sterns) Poured for the sidewalks behind and to the East of Building 'E'.  I asked them to get the stairs in front of Building 'E' formed and poured.

(Reliance) Worked on the trim in Building 'B' and items from Building 'E' final inspection.  They used our Back hoe and dug the trench and laid the conduit for the South East monument sign. 

(DG Concrete) Graded the East end Building 'B' for sidewalks and condensers   

We had final inspection on Building 'E'.  The Building was not ready.  Every furnace was open and the condencer lines were not run.  The inspector found water on the floor in the laundry room on E102 which we discovered was coming from a leak in D302.  Aaron (Inspector) told me that we almost got a $50 re inspection fee because there was a note on every unit.

(Huskies) Set more of the heads around 'D'.  I met with  Zac about the roof drain sumps and gravel in front of the patios.  Zac agreed to install the sumps and the gravel in front of the patios if we provide the gravel.  M13 will install gravel in the window wells.

(G&M) Installed the counter tops for the South tower of Building 'B'.

(Wall to Wall) Finished painting the exterior of Building 'C' and started prepping the exterior of Building 'D'.

(SBS) Installed blinds in Building 'B' and installed doors in the Club House.

(Warburtons) Finished the exterior of Building 'B'.

(Nutek) Textured the walls in the Club House and worked on the odds and ends as well as patched in Building 'D'.

(Huskies) Final graded around 'D' and set some of the heads. 

(G&M) Stocked the counter tops for Building 'B' installed the vanity tops and started on the kitchens on the South end of Building 'B'.

(Wall to Wall) Painted the trim the East Breezeway in Building 'C' for paint.  Painted the body of the exterior around the West and half of the South side of Building 'C' until the wind was too fast to paint.

(SBS) Installed blinds and mirrors in Building 'D' and 'E'.

(Warburtons) Worked on the top of the North end of Building 'B' as well as the entry on the North West corner.

(Nutek) Textured the ceilings in the Club House and finished fire taping the garages.

(Sterns) Poured for the sidewalks behind Building 'D' & 1/2 of the playground.

(Reliance) Wired the condensers on Building 'E'.  Pass inspection on the battery back up for the fire alarm in Buildings  'C' and 'D'.

(Red Oak) installed their water heaters in Building 'B' and started running the gas lines to the furnaces and Waterheaters.

(DG Concrete) Graded behind Building 'C' for sidewalks.  Then moved behind Building 'B'.

(Huskies) Continued trenching around 'D' and set their funny pipe. 

(Wall to Wall) Painted the trim the West Breezeway in Building 'C' for paint.  Painted the body of the exterior around the North and East side of Building 'C'.

(SBS) Installed blinds and mirrors in Building 'C' and stocked them in Building 'D'.  Ryan traded the patio closet handle with the front handle in Building 'D' and 'E' so that our Construction Keys would work again.

(Warburtons) Worked on the top of the South end of Building 'B' as well as the entry on the South West corner.

(Nutek) Taped the breezeways in Building 'D' and fire taped the garages.  Then started touch up in Building 'C'.

(Extreme Fire) Passed inspection on Building 'C' and 'D'.  They had to cut the drywall in the Buildings to fix a couple heads.

(Sterns) Poured for the sidewalks in front of Building 'D' & 'E' and formed around the playground.

(Reliance) Pulled out the last temp power poles for the whole site.  Wired the condensers on Building 'D'.

(DG Concrete) Graded behind Building 'C' for sidewalks.

(Wall to Wall) Masked and prepped the West Breezeway in Building 'C' for paint.

(SBS) Unloaded deliveries of blinds, mirrors, and Club House bathroom partitions.  I locked up Building 'D' and noticed that my construction key would not work on the doors.  I call Ryan (SBS) and he realized that he check each door in 'D' and 'E' with the unit keys, voiding the construction key.  He will trade the patio closet handle with the front handle 

(Warburtons) Worked on the top of the South end of Building 'B' as well as the entry on the South West corner.

(Nutek) Taped the Club House.

(Sterns) Formed for the sidewalks in front of Building 'D' & 'E'.

Clean-up: Clean your trash and organize your materials.

Rob (Wall to Wall) will ask about the 2nd crew for painting the exterior so they can continue touch up and paint the Club House while increasing the pace on the exteriors.

Building ‘A’ Car ports installed against the Building starts June 10th.

Building ‘C’  Re Final on Tuesday 5/21. Sidewalks formed Tuesday 5/21. Paint exterior complete this week.  Rain gutter starts 6/3.   HUD inspection Wednesday 5/22.

Building ‘D’  The Plumber cut holes in the bathrooms. The sheetrocker will have to patch this week.  Bob (Wall to Wall) Can paint this Friday and Saturday.

Building ‘E’  Carpet scheduled to start Thursday 5/23.  Sheetrock touch up can start now.  Bob (Wall to Wall) can paint this Friday and Saturday.

Building ‘B’  South tower countertop install starts Wednesday .  North Tower cabinets complete by 5/30. Grading starts Tuesday 5/21.  

Club House Drywall taping starts today complete Thursday 5/23.

(G&M) Installed on the 2nd floor of South tower in Building 'B'.  They installed cabinets in A103 kitchen and patched the cabinets in A203.

(Huskies) Continued trenching around 'D'. 

(Wall to Wall) Painted the trim on the remainder of Building 'C' and started painting the body.

(Warburtons) Touched up and replaced trim on Building 'C' where they had left hammer marks.  Finished the West side of Building 'B' and worked on the top of the South end.  They also installed the remainder of the Building signs.

(Air Doctors) Installed ducts and furnaces in the North Tower Building 'B'.  Caulked the penitrations on B, D, and E. 

(Red Oak) Installed trim in Building 'E'.

(Elite Structures) Installed the last of their trim.  They told me that the layout for Building 'C's lot will not work.  They told me that we needed to move the handicap parking to the other side of the loading so that the columns will not be int he handicap stall. 

(G&M) Started install on the 3rd floor of South tower in Building 'B'

(Huskies) Continued trenching around 'D'. 

(Wall to Wall) Continued prep for Building 'C' exterior while they waited for paint delivery.  After lunch they started painting the trim on the North side of Building 'C' until the rain and wind forced them to stop.  Bob (Wall to Wall) finished painting A103 and A203 patches.

(Warburtons) Touched up and replaced trim on Building 'C' where they had left hammer marks.  Worked on the entry on the North end of Building 'B'.

(Clegg Steel) Repoured the concrete stairs that would not pass inspection.  They had missed 13 of the stairs on Building 'C' so I rented a jack hammer and Curtis, Mario and I jack hammered them out.  The concrete was in the truck on site for 2 hours and it came from Roosevelt.   

(Air Doctors) Installed ducts and furnaces in the North Tower Building 'B'. 

(Red Oak) Installed trim in Building 'E'.

(DG Concrete) Graded for sidewalks around the playground.and up to Building 'E'.

Dusty (Maeser Water) vacuumed around the two water meter cans for Building 'B' and will set the cans and meters tomorrow.
