(Huskies) Planted trees around Building 'A'.  They raked out around Building 'D' & 'E' in preparation of the Sod delivery tomorrow.

(Wall to Wall) Masked Building 'B' and painted the trim.

(Red Oak) Finished the last couple items of trim in the Club House.

I met with Jack (Iso Insurance)  he checked each of the fire riser rooms and used the plan cover page for the footage.  He then met with Kristie about the leasing agreements.

Work in Progress
(Huskies) Worked on final grade and sprinklers around the Clubhouse.  They received their plant delivery for the whole site.

(Clegg Steel) Installed the Dumpster gates and started clean-up of the concrete stairs for paint.

(Wall to Wall) Prepped the East side of Building 'B' there were hundreds of nails in the face of the siding.

(Sterns) Poured a couple loose sidewalk areas that they missed.

(Red Oak) Started installing trim in the Club House.

Mario worked on installing the partitions in the ClubHouse bathrooms.

(Huskies) Worked on final grade and sprinklers around the Clubhouse.

(Wall to Wall) Prepped the South end of Building 'B' there were hundreds of nails in the face of the siding.

(Sterns) Poured the dumpster pads for 'B' and 'E'.

This weekend while Mario was borrowing the lift to tighten the steel bolts a couple of Sterns employees got in the painters lift and raised it up as high as it would go.  They got locked out of the controls and could not get down,  They called the Fire department but another Sterns employee figured out how to get them down from the bottom controls.  

Mario worked on installing the partitions in the ClubHouse bathrooms.

(Huskies) Started laying sod around Building 'A'.

(Wholesale Flooring) Finished laying tile in the ClubHouse and started grouting. 

(Wall to Wall) Rob showed me how much better the decks would look if he painted the concrete on the face of the them.  He went through and painted the faces on all of the painted buildings.  Bob started the final touch-up on Building 'B'.

(Sterns) Poured around the ClubHouse.

The painter told me that a few of the bolts on the steel were now loose.  He let Mario use the lift and tighten them.

We received delivery of the wood chips in the playground.

(Huskies) Final grade around the Clubhouse.

(Green Clean) Continued cleaning the floors in Building 'B'.

(Wholesale Flooring) Continued laying tile in the ClubHouse.  They will have a wainscot in the bathrooms.

(Wall to Wall) Touched up Building 'D&E' and 2nd coated the steel columns.

(Red Oak) Caulked the water heater drain lines were they came out of the siding.  They also work on some punch list items for C and E.

(Sterns) Poured the last section of concrete on Building 'B' before the inspector got here to finish the final inspection. inspection.   They did not pour an ADA ramp for the club house so they tore out a section of curb and poured one in.

The neighbor came over very upset.  She said that she prayed every day that Building 'C' would burn down.  The painter had hit her fence on Monday morning.  I went from lift to lift to find the one that had hit it.  When I confronted Rob (Wall to Wall) he told me he had forgotten to tell me.  Mario and Rob took the backhoe and bent it back strait.  Rob spoke with the neighbor and smoothed it over. 

HUD gave us our PTO on Building 'B'.

(Huskies) Final grade around the Clubhouse.

(Green Clean) Started cleaning the floors in Building 'B'.

(Wholesale Flooring) Started laying tile.  They will have a wainscot in the bathrooms.

(Wall to Wall) Touched up Building 'D&E' and 2nd coated the steel columns.

(Reliance) Worked on odds and ends for the garages and temp power.

(Clegg Steel) Fixed the stairs on the inspection list and installed the dumpster gates.

(Red Oak) I started making a punch list for them.  The first 4 units had 2 or 3 items each.  I called Jake and he did not answer.  I went to their house and Ether was there.  I spoke with them and they all came and started their own punch list.

(Sterns) Poured in front and South of Building 'B'.   They also poured the North West corner in the back of the Building so that we will have access to the Building for inspection.

(Huskies) Started trenching around the Clubhouse.

(Green Clean)  Rough clean of Building 'B'.

(Wall to Wall) Touched up Building 'C' and 2nd coated the steel columns.

(Reliance) Installed trim in the Club House.  They had a couple lenses that broke that they reordered.

(Red Oak) Worked on the water heater drains and strapping the gas lines.   They also worked on their clean up.

(Sterns) Poured behind Building 'B'.  Mark told me that they will no longer leave areas un poured for the lift access.  He also said they are going to just pour according to their schedule.  I told him about the LD's and asked him if there would be anyway they could get the access to the Building poured tomorrow. He said they would try to get more help tomorrow so they can pour 30 yrds and make it happen.

(Wall to Wall) Painted the body on the South, West and North side of Building 'E' exterior.  Rob decided to repair the Back flow preventer that he hit with his lift. Rather than pay the $551 Huskies would charge.


(G&M Wood) Installed the counter tops in the Clubhouse and caulked the counter tops in 'B"

(Reliance) Trimed and tested Building 'B'.

(Red Oak)Install the last 16 kitchen sinks and started on the water heater drains

We had final inspection.  Aaron just noted that we were not ready and that all plumbing needed to be inspected again.

(Red Oak) Installed 16 Kitchen sinks in the North Tower.  Turned on water on to the North Tower.   Their Bath tub trims did not come today.  Ether completed the punch list for the other buildings and left for Agrium

(Reliance) Trimed and tested Building 'B' and started wiring for fire alarm.

(Air Doctors) Installed the condensers for Building 'B'. Installed trim in the Club House.  Cleaned out the garges they had been using for storage.

The fire department was called at 9:45 pm by a tamper alarm.  The antifreeze system was not turned on for Building 'E'.  When I turned it on we discovered that there was a valve missing and we could not turn on the sprinklers for the attic without it being installed.
