Work in Progress:

(Cardalls)Insulated the walls on the 2nd Floor for Building 'A'.

(Warburtons) siding on both sides of the center section of Building 'A' as well as Building 'A' garage.

(Nutek) pre-rock on the 2nd floor of Building 'A'

(Diamond Z) stoned the North end of Building 'A' and the North Entry Columns.

(Extreme Fire) worked on the attic system of Building 'A'.  Worked on the 2nd floor of Building 'C'

Work in Progress:

(Cardalls)Insulated the walls on the 2nd Floor for Building 'A'.

(Air Doctors) drilled holes in the hard duct for 1st floor of Building 'A' .  They also strapped the vents in the attic.

(Utek) set the roof sections for Building 'C'.  Framed the Club House walls.  Set the floor sections on Building 'D' & 'E'.

(Red Oak Plumbing) ran the water lines for the South side 3rd floor.  Set the ADA tubs.  And fire caulked the 4th floor.

(Cardalls)Insulated all the ceilings on the 2nd Floor for Building 'A'.

(Warburtons) installed siding on the Southern end of Building 'A'.  Installed house wrap on the West and East side of the center section.  Roofed the East side.

(Diamond Z) installed the Stone on the North West corner of Building 'A'.

(Air Doctors) finished Installing the Hard ducts on Building 'A' 1st floor.

(Utek) Repaired the crane cable and started setting trusses on Building 'C'.  Continued pre fabing floor sections for Buildings 'D' and 'E'. Started the Club House.

(Red Oak Plumbing) finished and passed off the gas for the 3rd and 4th floors of Building 'A' and started on the water lines.  They also started drilling holes for the gas and drain on Building 'C'

Talking Points

1. Dumpster is for Utek trash only.  I must police this and you will be back charged if you use it.
2. Building Clean-up.  All sub must clean after themselves.  No cups, no trash in the Building.  Reliance cleaned up after all subs on the 2nd floor.  Thank you, Bryson.
3. Air Doctors would like to have the drops framed before the run their ducts.  They will install their hard duct then we will frame the drops.
4. Insulation will take 5 days per floor because their are only 2 guys.  We will move up and do the pre Rock on 2nd floor tomorrow.
5. Drywallers will hang the whole 1st floor lid on Wednesday and start the garages while they wait for the insulators.
6. Plumbers will have all gas done tonight and ½ of the 3rd floor water done for inspection tomorrow.  All water will be done Thursday for inspection.
7. Gas will start on Building ‘C’ Friday 11/30
8. Sheetrock needs to be delivered for Building ‘C’ by the end of next week in order to avoid a price increase.  They will stack the rock to allow better access than Building ‘A’ was.

(Warburtons) finished taping the joints of their house wrap and started up the West side.

(Diamond Z) work on the stone on the South End of Building 'A'

(Extreme Fire) Worked on the sidewalls for the South end of Building 'A' and the attic system.  They also installed the sprinklers for the first floor of Building 'C'.  While drilling for the attic system riser the drilled a TJI on each floor (See picture below)

(Air Doctors) started building the hard duct on the first floor of Building 'A'.

(Reliance) started wiring the 4th floor of Building 'A'.

(Utek) stood the walls on the 4th floor of Building 'C' and continued the pre-fab of the roof sections for Building 'C'.

(Cardalls)Insulated all the walls on the 1st Floor for Building 'A' and met with Corey Coleman (IECC) their process is approved as long as they foam the penetrations.  They will run out of Ceiling insulation tomorrow and will let me know as soon as they can get more up here.

(Nutek) Sheet rocked the pre-rock areas on 1st floor.

(Warburtons) wrapped house wrap around the Southern 1/3 of Building 'A'.  Aaron (Uintah County) would like them to tape all seams not just around the penetrations.

(Diamond Z) continued to put stone on the Southern end of Building 'A'.  Jesse noticed that the columns above the entry gables do not have flashing.  They well cut their gray coat up 6" so that Warburtons can install the flashing on Monday.

(Extreme Fire) worked on the 1st floor of Building 'C' as well as the sidewall sprinklers for the decks and closets on the 1st floor of Building 'A'.  They also started the attic section on Building 'A' 

(Air Doctors) installed the exhaust vents on the 1st floor of Building 'C'

(Reliance) pulled wire on 3rd floor Building 'A'.

(DG Concrete) finished the rock walls for Building 'A' and started spreading road base for the sidewalks.

(Reliance) pulled wire on Building 'A' second floor and started boxing on 3rd floor.  They also added outlets for the units on 1st floor were the sliding doors were on the wrong side.
