Sub Meeting:
Ether (Red Oak)
Bryson (Reliance)
Paul (Utek)
Shad (DG Concrete)
We discussed safety around the building. The breeze ways are the safe zones for entry and inside the curb is a drop zone. Utek will finish the West side today so that DG concrete can start building rock walls. The schedule is to have our preliminary 4-way tomorrow so that we can get a feel for what the County will be looking at on the interior and we can pass the structural and start stone. I told them we will be stocking the drywall on Friday and Saturday and they said could work around that. The actual 4-way will be on Tuesday 11/13 because Monday 11/12 is a holiday. Ether will finish all the plumbing and Bryson will finish the first floor in building 'A' by the 10th. Bryson will finish pulling wire on the next floors every 3 days from there on out. Bryson asked about eliminating the siding under the stairs so they could just attach the low voltage directly to the sheeting. i asked Ether to replace the studs they had to remove to install the tubs he agreed.
I also met with Randy Deets (RMP) he told me they would be out tomorrow and should have the power for Building 'A'.
Jeremey (Fire Marshall) came and passed off the the 1st and 2nd floor with a couple of add on notes. We need to add sprinklers in the under stair closets. There was also a spot were the gas line pushed the sprinkler pipe out of plumb. I spoke with Ether and he said he would move the gas line over just a bit.
