(Wholesale Flooring) Installed carpet on the 3rd floor of Building 'A' and tack strip and pad on 4th floor.  I walked into one of the 2x2 units and noticed that the entry vinyl had a weird angle on it.  Lance and I discussed it and what the easiest fix would be as well as how much work it would take.  I called Nick and he confirmed that we needed to change   it.

(SBS) Trimed in the units on the East side of the 3rd floor of Building 'C', worked on hardware and unboxed all of the appliances for Building 'A'. 

(Diamond Z) Continued to lay stone on the South West side of Building 'E'.

(Nutek) Sanded the texture in West tower 4th floor of Building 'C'.  Hung drywall pre-rock on the 1st floor of Building 'E'.  Taped the 2nd floor of Building 'D'

(Sterns) Poured the dumpster pad and both of the temporary ramps to Building 'A'.

(Extreme Fire) Worked on Building 'B's attic system.  Passed inspection on Building 'B' plastic system. Tried a flow test  during our Fire alarm inspection but the underground was frozen and did not flow enough.

(Warburtons) Worked on the North side of Building 'C' and the 4th floor East breezeway.  They started on the South side of Building 'D'

(Air Doctors) Installed trim on the North Tower of Building 'A'.  Started the Hard ducts on 1st floor Building 'E' . 

(Reliance) Installed the parking lot lights for Building 'A'.  Programmed the fire alarm system and passed inspection for Building 'A'.

(Red Oak) Finished Installing trim on the South tower Building 'A' and started on the North tower.  They also started running gas on the Club House.

(Extreme Fire) pumped the pressure on the fire sprinklers on Building 'A' to 200 lbs.  We checked each unit while the system filled.  The stocked the pipe for and worked on Building 'B's attic system.

(Clegg Steel) Worked on the stairs for Building 'B'.  Installed the deck rails and hand rails on Building 'A'.. 

(Warburtons) Worked on the North side of Building 'C' and the 4th floor East breezeway..

(Air Doctors) Installed flex ducts on the 4th floor in Building 'D'.  Installed trim on the North Tower of Building 'A'.  Finished their vent pipes one of the chimney caps. 

(Reliance) Worked on the last 4 units North tower trim. Wired the fans and lights in the drops on 4th floor Building 'D'

(Diamond Z) Laid stone on the South East Corner of Building 'D'

(Nutek) Textured the West tower 4th floor of Building 'C'.  Hung drywall on the 3rd floor of Building 'D'.

(Cardalls) Finished insulation on 4th floor of Building 'E'.

(Extreme Fire) Turned on the water to the fire sprinklers on Building 'A'.  We checked each unit while the system filled.  We found 4 head that were popped.  Only one of which dripped very much water.  We vacuumed out the water.

(Clegg Steel) Worked on the stairs for Building 'B'.  Installed the deck rails and hand rails on Building 'A'.  They set the chimney caps on the roof of Building 'A' but Air Doctors needed to run the vents out before they could set them.

One of the stair sections for Building 'B' was frozen to the ground and when Rob (Clegg Steel) tried to lift it and snapped the knuckle on our lift. 

(Warburtons) Worked on the North side of Building 'C' and the 4th floor West breeze way and 3rd floor of the East breezeway..

(SBS) Arrived at 5 pm after having fuel pump problems and stocked trim in the units on the West side of the 3rd and 4th floors of Building 'C'.

Talking Points:
Track out and Mud: Each contractor is responsible for their own track out both into the street and onto our lot.  I will look into getting some gravel for a track out.
Heaters: I asked that only the foremans, who know of the fire sprinkler problem, can touch the heaters we have already had heaters in Building ‘C’ turned too high.
Building ‘A’ Red Oak has not started his trim in Building ‘A’.  Air Doctors still needs to trim 3rd and 4th floors on the South Tower.  Reliance has the South Tower units complete in Building ‘A’ they should have the last 4 units on the North Tower today.  Reliance will need a couple days next week to install the light poles and corridor lights and signs.  Bryson is concerned that the conduits may have ice in them.  Unit 405’s main breaker is tripped,  Bryson will attempt to locate the area were the main feeder got hit and determine if it is a trim nail or siding.  The block-outs for the lights in corridors are correct but the exit sign blocks need to be fixed. Rick (Warburtons) told Bryson (Reliance) to let Jose (Warburtons) know again and they would get them fixed.  Carpet will be installed tomorrow 2/26 on the 1st floor and then as close as they can chase the plumbing trim on 2nd.  When the carpet is installed he can touch up Building ‘A’ on Friday.  The kickers are still on the roof and in the chimneys on Building ‘A’ Rick (Warburtons) said they will get them down this week.  Sean (Extreme Fire) needs to get water in the sprinkler system for Building ‘A’.  The sooner the better, if there is any leaks at all will make a big problem bigger if the carpet is installed.
Building ‘C’ Vinyl will be installed on 1st floor tomorrow 2/26.  Ryan (SBS) had car problems and did not make it up here this morning he will have 3rd floor on the West tower ready for paint by the end of the day on 2/26..  Rob (Wall to Wall) said they will finish paint on all 2nd floor and the 3rd floor West tower this week and finish the building next week.  (G&M Woods) will start cabinet install on Wednesday 2/27.
Building ‘D’ 1st floor was textured today.  2nd floor should be textured by 3/5.  Gypcrete will be poured on Thursday 2/28.  William (Air Doctors) Said that they will have the 3rd floor complete for Nutek in the morning.  The Corridors will be formed this week and if possible poured Friday 3/1.  Siding will start in 2 weeks.

Building ‘E’  Insulation will be complete by the end of the day Tuesday 2/26.  Sheetrock will be stocked today and tomorrow.  
Building ‘B’  Ether (Red Oak) will be ready for DWV on Tuesday 2/26.  Bryson (Reliance) said that they need a week to finish the back of house install and then they will be able to wire 4 units per day from there on out.

(G&M) Stocked the cabinets in Building 'C'.  The painters already had the doors spread in on the 1st floor and did not have enough room for cabinets.  G&M stocked the 1st floor cabinets in the garages and labeled them so that my labor can move them into the units tomorrow after the 1st floor is painted.

Talking Points:
I asked everyone to clean up their work area and even just a little more so that the sight does not look like a dump.
Building ‘A’ final inspection is on 2/27.  Reliance will have the South tower 1st - 4th floors will be trimmed out today. Reliance will have the remainder Building ‘A’ units complete this week, they will need a couple days next week to install the light poles and corridor lights and signs.  The block-outs for the lights in corridors are correct but the exit sign blocks need to be fixed. Rick (Warburtons) told Bryson to let Jose (Warburtons) know and they would get them fixed.   Plumbing trim will be delivered Tuesday 2/19 and Ether thought they would need through the weekend to trim the South tower.  He would also would like to have the building secure.  I asked Ether (Red Oak) to get the furnaces on the South end of 2nd floor Building ‘A’ hooked to the gas so that we can use the heaters.
Building ‘C’ The laundry room doors are not on site.  John (Top Notch) said they will be delivered tomorrow morning.  Ryan (SBS) said that if they are here by noon 1st and 2nd floors will be hung by the end of the day.  Rob (Wall to Wall) said that will work so that they do not have to come back to prime.  Ether asked to put water heaters in the units in box Rob (Wall to Wall) said that would not be a problem.
Building ‘D’ gypcrete will be poured on Thursday 2/28.  Fire caulk inspection will be tomorrow morning for 1st and 2nd floors.  The framers will be here on Wednesday and will frame the drops at a rate of  ½ day per floor.  Air Doctors will be able to stay ahead of them.  Nutek will be able to hang one floor per day.
Building ‘E’ 4 way inspection for 3rd and 4th floors will be on Tuesday 1/19 because today is a holiday.  Insulation on 1st floor will be complete by the end of the day Tuesday 1/19 so that Nutek can hang the pre rock.
Building ‘B’ Nutek finished pre Rock behind the tubs and cases in Building B today and will tape them tomorrow..  Ether (Red Oak) hung some of the units this weekend so that they could continue setting the tubs.  They will be ready for DWV on Thursday 2/21.
