(Nutek) Continued hanging the sheetrock on 2nd floor of Building 'C' and continued taping 1st floor.
(Warburtons) Worked on the West end Building 'C'. Installed siding on the South center and West sections of Building 'A' as well as the details in the Breezeways on 'A'. Worked on Building 'C' roof.
(Air Doctors) Worked on the hard ducts on the 3rd floor in Building 'C'.
(Utek) Gathered their tools and trailers and left.
(Reliance) Set panels on Building 'E' and orginazed trim on Building 'A'.
(Red Oak) Worked on the DWV and water lines in Building 'E;
(Red Oak Concrete) Formed and installed the water proofing for the West tower of Building 'C' corridors and decks.

Talking Points:
We all need to be more diligent in clean up, especially on Building ‘A’.
William (Air Doctors) Said that there materials for the hard ducts on Building ‘D’ will not be here until Monday 1/11, however they should be able to start on their line sets before then.
Air Doctors and Utek’s system to install the ducts and frame the drops on one floor in 4 days, did not work. This weekend the framer got ahead of Air Doctors and Air Doctors had to pull out some framing to install their hard ducts. We need to sit down together and make a plan for Building ‘D’ so that we have no more problems.
The Furnaces on 1st floor will be plumbed for gas before we need them to heat Building ‘C’ for the corridor pour on Wednesday 1/6.
Appliances will be delivered on 2/6.
Ether (Red Oak) said that they can not guarantee the plumbing will be installed until March 10th because he does not know when the sinks will be delivered.
Blow-in insulation on ‘C’. FSP will be inspected and ready on Wednesday. Nutek will be able to hang the lid on 4th floor in a day and a half. We will be ready for blow-in by Tuesday 2/12.
Dry in will start on Building ‘B’ Wednesday 2/6.
Insulation behind the tubs and chases will be done Friday.
Ether (Red Oak) and Eric (Nutek) discussed and solution for blocking out the areas behind the tubs in Building ‘B’ were the shower valves will be in the party walls. They walked thru Building ‘B’
Ether will have sinks for the G&M Woods (Counter tops) on Wednesday 2/6.
