(Questar) ran their main line from Main Street North to the club house and started up the main road.  They have to go under the parking because the need 8' set back from the building and do not want to be under the  sidewalk.

(TouchStone) framed interior walls and rolled the floor on the South End of  Building 'A'.

(Reliance) Ran temp power to Building 'A'
(Red Oak)Finished forming the foundation walls for Building 'A' garage and passed inspection, continued forming Building 'D' foundation walls.

(DG Concrete) Backfilled Building 'C' and dug a trench to their trailers for an upgraded power line because  their A/C units were popping the breakers.

Sub Meeting:
(DG Concrete)Curb and gutter is still on schedule. (TouchStone) would like to have the irrigation meter in front of Building 'D' set ASAP so they can have temp water for their trailers.

(Red Oak) will be pouring Building 'A' Garage walls and the first half of Building 'D' walls on Wednesday,  Try for a Thursday pour on the 2nd half.  Then finish the breeze ways on Friday.

(Red Oak) passed inspection on the breeze way walls and poured them.  I did not have enough bolts on site for the walls and the columns.  Charlie (Red Oak) had to run and get more bolts from Lowes for me.

(Horrocks) tested the pour.

Work in Progress:

(TouchStone) Framed the exterior on the North section of  Level 1 on Building 'A' and started building the interiors from the south end.  (TouchStone) delivered a dumpster on site.

(Reliance) Back filled the primary trenches and trenched for their light poles.

(Red Oak) Passed inspection on the East section of Building 'C' and stripped Building 'A' garage footings.  Poured the East end of Building 'C'. (Horrocks) tested it.  After our safety meeting, (Red Oak) tied the top bar on all of Building 'C' and Building 'A' garage to eliminate the stab hazard.

(DG Concrete) graded and prepped the E-fill for curb and gutter for the North East corner of the site and double checked their grading for the rest of the road.  All checked within an inch or two except the squishy section on the South East corner of the intersection.  The grading at that location is 12" below where it should be.  We are checking with the surveyor to see if we can lower the grade in that location so that we will not have to fill the full 12".

Work in Progress:
(Touchstone)Started on the exterior walls on the Southern end of Building 'A'.  We discovered some of the nuts for the J bolts were lost.  The bolts and nuts will now be stored under my trailer unless they are being installed.

(Reliance) readied 6 more light poles and trenched the primary to the club house.(Red Oak Plumbing) delivered a truck load of tub/Showers for Building 'A'

(Red Oak) Poured the footings on Building 'D', (Horrocks) took his cyclinders, and (Red Oak) continued to form Building 'C' foundation walls.

(Legend) came out to stake the curb and gutter for all of the East road.

(DG Concrete) graded and compacted the road base for the curb and gutter around Building 'A' and finished digging and adding E Fill to Building 'B' footings.

Sub Meeting:
Chris (DG Concrete)
Bryson (Reliance)
Jake (TouchStone)

Chris (DG Concrete) said he could be finished with base prep for our first half of curb and gutter (Building 'A' and the East Road) by 8/8.  Chris (DG Concrete) and Jake (TouchStone) worked out how to get the lumber to Building 'A' without being in the way of parking lot prep. Chris (DG Concrete) will now be supervising multiple jobs for DG concrete and will not be on site full time.

Bryson (Reliance) will have temp power pulled to Building 'A' by the first of next week.

Jake (TouchStone) said they should have the first floor rolled by the end of this week.  (I called Lenny (Airdoctors) and Ether (Red Oak Plumbing).  Jake (TouchStone) also said they would have the third floor rolled by 8/6 and would need steel for the stairs and roof by then. (Nick sent an email to check Clegg's Steel's progress)

Work in Progress:
(Touchstone) Framed and sheeted the party walls as well as the Southern breeze way walls on Building 'A'.  Aaron (Uintah County) was on site after inspecting the foundation walls for Building 'C' so he took a look a the shearwall that runs East and West across the center of Building 'A' because (Touchstone) will be using the double SW-1 vs the single SW-4 method and as such will have to shearwalls face to face.  We are to supply pictures of the second shearwall.

(Reliance) Prepped and Poured 6 light poles on the North East end of the project.  They also hooked up a temp power cord for (TouchStone) to run their air compressor.

(Red Oak) Passed inspection on the East end foundation walls for Building 'C' and poured them.  They also passed inspection on the Footings for Building 'D'

(Horrocks) preformed a concrete test for the East end foundation walls in Building 'C'.

(Legend) gave us the last of the sites light pole locations and corner points for the Clubhouse foundation.

(DG Concrete) Built up the curb and gutter around Building 'A' and added the road base on the East side of Building 'A'.

Work in Progress:
(Touchstone) finished chalking the lines on first half of Building 'A'.  They needed dimensions for the bathroom and kitchen in a couple of the unit pages.  We also discovered a couple of places were the plumbing missed the walls.  First was in the laundry room of the 3x2 Type 'A' unit and the other was the kitchen sink in the same unit.

(Reliance) Trenched on the primary's for the site power.  They hit and bent  a water valve cover for building 'C'.

(Red Oak) set up one side of the Western end of Building 'C'.

(Horrocks) tested the compaction the the worst part of the road just South East of the intersection and it came up at 93%+ on the first 8".

(Legend) came on site to shot the light poles on the East end of the site.

Work in Progress:

(Reliance) continued to back fill the trench by Building 'C'.  We laid out the light poles around Building 'A' with the surveyor and discovered that the pole at the North East entrance was against the gable.  We moved the pole over a few feet to line up with the South side of the patio yet still out of the rock walls.

(Red Oak) finished forming the footings for Building 'C' and the foundation walls on Building 'C' garage.  Passed inspection on both.

(DG Concrete) Finished digging Building 'E' footings, touched up the grade on Building 'D', and started grading for curb on around Building 'A'.

(Legend) arrived on site a 10:00 AM and started with the light poles and curb around Building 'A' and the four corners of Building 'B's parking lot.  Lonny (Legend) noticed some flow issues with the curb elevations.

The North West section of Building 'A' had a fall of 1' across the sidewalk.  He raised the grade to match better across the sidewalk.
The Southern approach had a 15% grade coming into the lot. He raised the corners of the approach by a foot and in tapered into the other grades just fine.
The flow of water from the approach to the garage was steep enough to require a curb against the garage wall.  He requested that we add the curb on the West end wall of the garage.

Work in Progress:
I met with Bill (Utah Landscape) we discussed the irrigation plan.   Bill (Utah Landscape) had a couple concerns first was the island in Building 'A's parking lot, the plans show grass and trees and access for irrigation would be hard.  The other concern was, the plan calls for 3' of mulch surrounding each building.    Bill (Utah Landscape) Thinks that will not look very good.

(Red Oak) worked on Building 'C's footings.
