(Elite Structures) Drilled the footings for Building 'A' parking structures and passed inspection.

(Huskies) Laid the irrigation pipes around Building 'A'. 

(Wall to Wall) Prepped 2nd and 3rd floor on the South Tower of Building 'B'.  Rob noticed that some of the trim pieces on Building 'A' siding had hammer marks.  I asked Jose (Warburtons) to walk through and check and replace trims.

(SBS) Installed trim on the 4th floor of the South end of Building 'B'..

(Nutek)  Taped on 2nd, 3rd, & 4th South floor Building 'B'.  Taped patios and breezeways in Building 'E'&'B'

(Diamond Z) Continued the stone on the East Columns and East side of Building 'B'. And stoned around the window wells on Buildings 'C' and 'D'.

(Warburtons) Worked on the South side soffit of Building 'D" entry.  Worked on the patios and breezeway and the South end of Building 'B'.  The siding on the breezeways in the South end of Building 'B' was wavy.  The framing is not strait.  I call Alma (Utek) and he will try to make it down Saturday to straiten them out.

(Reliance) Wired on the Club House.

(Air Doctors) Installed vents in the Club House.

(DG Concrete) Backfilled around Building 'D' and built the rock walls.

1st floor Stairs will be poured on Thursday 5/2 in all Buildings.

Building ‘C’  I ask EJ to check the condenser pad area on North Side of the Building because it is tight for space.  Concrete sidewalks poured on Friday 5/3.

Building ‘D’  Siding complete 4/30.  Carpet install starts 5/6

Building ‘E’   Appliances delivered 4/30. Siding complete 5/7.

Building ‘B’  Finish work on the South end of 4th floor will be complete today 4/29,  Paint on the  South Tower complete 5/3.  North Tower texture: 2nd floor today, 3rd floor Wednesday 5/1, 4th floor Friday 5/3 Complete by 5/3.  

Club House No attic access framed.  Reliance will fur the pony wall behind the cabinets up for their plugs.  4 way is on 5/1.  Insulation starts 5/6

(G&M Woods) Installed cabinets in Building 'E'.

(Wall to Wall) Started prepping and primed the North end of 1st floor Building 'B'.

(SBS) Pick-up base in Building 'D'.  Installed door frames on the Club House.  Installed blinds in Building 'A's rented units..

(Nutek)  Taped on 2nd, 3rd, & 4th floor Building 'B'.  Hung the patios and breezeways in Building 'B'.

(DG Concrete) Re-dug the meter on the West end of on Building 'E' which was only 3 feet deep on the building side causing the setter to be crooked.  Dusty (Maeser) came and Vacuumed the 2' meter cans to replace them with 30" ones for Building 'C'

Building ‘E’   Cabinets install complete 4/25.   Electrical trim complete 4/25.  Rob (Wall to Wall) walked Building ‘E’ with Rick (Warburtons) to show him the hammer marks on the door trim.

Building ‘B’  Drywall, tape, and texture on the South end of 2nd floor will be complete today 4/22,  The remainder of  South Tower 4/26.  North Tower Complete by 5/3.  Chris (Nutek) is going to try to get more tapers on site to finish earlier.  Finish work on the 2nd floor North Tower will start tomorrow 4/23.  Paint on the 1st floor will be painted by Thursday 4/25.

Club House Siding is to start today Monday 4/22.  Rick (Warburtons) asked Jesse (Diamond Z) to mark the heights for the stone.

Landscaping Zac estimates 2 weeks per building.  They need to coordinate with Shad (DG Concrete) for installation of sleeves under the sidewalks.

(G&M Woods) Installed cabinets in Building 'E'.  I asked Geary to check for damaged cabinets in Building 'C'.

(Wall to Wall) Touch up in Building 'C' South Tower.

(Knell) Installed gypcrete on the North Tower of Building 'B'.

(SBS) Started trim on the South end of 1st Floor.

(Nutek)  Taped on 2nd, 3rd, & 4th floor Building 'B'.

(Diamond Z) Continued the stone South end of Building 'B'.

(Air Doctors) Stocked Furnaces in Building 'E' and worked on 3 of the furnaces in Building 'C' that had something wrong with them.  They had to cut holes in units on the 2nd and 4th floors of Building 'C'.

(Warburtons) Worked on the breezeway and patios on the North end of Building 'B'.  They also started on the exterior of Building 'B'.  Jose started working on the upper portions of Building 'C' with the lift.

(Reliance) Trim on Building 'E'.  Installed the fire panel in Building 'E' and 'B'.
