Clean-up: Clean your trash and organize your materials.
Track out and Mud: Each contractor is responsible for their own track out both into the street and onto our lot.
Building ‘C’ Handrails and chimney caps Thursday 4/18. Fire alarm install 4/16.
Building ‘D’ Furnaces set this week. Plumbing Trim starts 4/22.
Building ‘E’ Paint complete today. Vinyl tomorrow 4/16. Cabinets install starts 4/17.
Building ‘B’ Drywall, tape, and texture on the 1st floor will be complete today, 4/15. Gypcrete pour South Tower 4/18, North Tower 4/19. There is 500 extra feet of drywall in each of the 16 2x1 units. They asked if we could move the gypcrete back one day, Earl said no. South tower texture will be complete 4/22.
Club House Siding is to start on Monday 4/22. Rick (Warburtons) asked to make sure that the penetrations are ready.
