Work in Progress:
(Clegg Steel) welded the steel pans on each of the stairwell flat spots. They started cutting the base plates down for the columns but ran out of daylight. They also did not bring the embeds for the dumpster gates.

(Extreme Fire) finished Building 'A' second floor fire sprinklers

(Air Doctors) worked on the vents for Building 'A'

(Reliance) worked on setting boxes and drilling holes on Building 'A' first floor and fixed the conduits that Shad (DG Concrete) hit with his loader.

(Utek)Set the remainder of the trusses on Building 'A' and started sheeting the middle section. Finished Building 'E' lower walls. Sheeted Building 'C' second floor breeze way floors and started rolling Building 'D' 2nd floor. Started Building 'C' 2nd floor walls. Continued pre-fab.

(Red Oak) formed the patios on Building 'A'

(Extreme Fire) Tested the 1st floor fire sprinklers

(Air Doctor) stared on more vents for Building 'A" but we may have a problem with using PVC

(Reliance) boxed out the 1st floor units and started drilling holes

(Utek) set up to 80% of the trusses on Building 'A', sheeted Building 'C' 2nd floor, Built interiors on Building 'E' 1st floor and continued pre-fab of the wall units.

(Red Oak Plumbing) ran vent pipes on Building 'A' 2nd floor.

(Extreme Fire)Finished fire sprinkler install in Building 'A' 1st floor. They had to wait for parts that Wayne brought up this morning..

(Air Doctors)Installed the flue vents on the middle section of Building 'A'

(Reliance) Installed the panel on the North end of Building 'A'. Rulon came up to go over layout and circuits with Bryson.

(Utek) craned up the rest of the middle section trusses and started pre-fab of the South end of Building 'A', Sheeted Building 'C' 2nd floor. Built interiors on Building 'E', and continued pre-fab of wall sections.

(Red Oak Plumbing) finished the drain plumbing on Building 'A' first floor and drilled holes for the gas lines.

(Red Oak) poured the Breeze ways and patios for Building 'B'.

(Red Oak) poured the breeze ways and patios on Building 'B' they planned on pouring at 8 AM but there was frost last night so the moved it to 10 AM and it melted.

(Utek)framed Building 'E' 1st floor, started sheeting Building 'C' 2nd Floor, Pre-fabbed more truss sections for Building 'A', and continued pre-fab of walls.

(Red Oak Plumbing) installed the drain pipe for the Northern half of Building 'A'

(Red Oak) formed Building 'B' breeze ways and patios.

Work in Progress:

(Extreme Fire)continued fire sprinkler install on the West side of Building 'A' 1st floor.

(Air Doctors) Started running the Flue Vents on the South end of Building 'A'

(Utek) Started pre-fabing the rest of the center section's trusses. The snow was bad enough that they had to leave for a longer lunch. They did return for a couple hours in the afternoon. The pre-fab yard continued on with wall panels.

(Reliance) set the panels in the units on Building 'A'

(Red Oak Plumbing) drilled all of the holes for plumbing on the North end of Building 'A'

(Red Oak) poured the center section of Building 'B' at 5 AM. The rain/snow started at 8;30. They went a picked up some plastic and returned after lunch. They finished when the rain/snow would let up enough. I called Dennis (Sterns) and asked if we could rent some Concrete blankets because the low is suppose to be in the low 20's

(Extreme Fire) arrived on site at 3 pm and started install.

(Nutek) hung drywall in the shafts for HVAC and Plumbing pipes.

(Questar) ran the services to Building 'C'. Building 'A' service needed to be a larger sleeve than Ian (B.Jackson) asked for so they had to missile it. The missile did not work so they had to boor it.

(Utek)set the Pre-fabbed sections of trusses on Building 'A', worked on interior pick-up in Building 'A' and continued on Building 'E' 1st floor walls. Pre-fabbed walls for Building 'D'

(Red Oak Plumbing) started rough-in on Building 'A'

(Red Oak) Poured the ends of Building 'B' and passed inspection on the center section.

(DG Concrete) graded dumpster pads.

We decided that we would be running the heat vent in the master closet of the 3x2 units out the wall instead of from the ceiling. That way we would not have to drop the ceiling.

(Star Paving) Fixed their paver and paved from the intersection East and South to finish the site. They will come back and patch the crane hole when they pave in Ballard.

(Utek) Finished framing the 1st floor on Building 'D' and set the pre-fabbed floor sections for the 2nd floor on Building 'C'. As well as continuing pre-fab on Building 'C' walls.

Work in Progress:

(Star Paving) Paved Building 'B' lot, to the intersection and North to the end of the road. They broke a sprocket on their paver at the end of the day.

(Air Doctors) Finished the Line sets for the whole of Building 'A'

(Utek) Finished all exteriors and party walls on Building 'D'. Finished pre-fab on the 2nd floor and 2nd Floor wall for Building 'C'. They had to wait for the asphalt to cure before setting their floor sections. Trusses were also delivered today.

(DG Concrete) Graveled both ends of Building 'B' and started in the center.

(Warburtons) Randy and Rick came by for a pre-con They measured the garages and Building 'A'. Rick told me that it would be 3 weeks before siding could be delivered.

Work in Progress:
(Clegg Steel) installed the rest of the stairs on Building A and the first gable of structural steel. The peak beam was too short(to the column instead of to the building). The base plates on the structural steel were too big(16"x24" instead of 12"x12"). I approved the steel submittal and just missed it.

(Star Paving) Paved Building 'C' lot, the lot between Building 'C' & 'B' garages and the road from 2500 W to between Building 'D' and 'E'.

(Air Doctors)Ran line sets for Building 'A' units

(Utek) started framing Building 'D' walls, pre-fab on Building 'C' 2nd floor and 2nd floor walls.

(DG Concrete) finished the road base in between Building 'C' & 'B' garages and started gravel in Building 'B'

Sub Meeting:
Wayne (Extreme Fire) came to the site. We looked over the Building. He needs to go over the top of the exhaust vent pipes and it will be a tight fit. He said he would start on Monday 10/22 and it would take 1 week per floor.

William (Air Doctors) said they were not planing on installing the furnaces until after paint but if we would like to use them for heat during construction we would have to replace the filter weekly and sign off the warranty.

(Air Doctors) Finished all their pre-rock work on both ends of Building 'A'

(Utek) Finished Building 'B' garage and started layout for prefab of Building 'C' floor.

(DG Concrete) laid the last sleeve for Questar and finished E-fill and 75% of the Road base between Building 'C' & 'B' garages.

(Star Paving) Graded and rolled the the main road from the intersection North and South as well as Building 'B' parking lot. They also finished up some detail spots around the dumpsters.

(Air Doctors) finished rough in on the Southern half of Building 'A' and started up the North end.

(Sterns) Formed the dumpster pads out to the asphalt so (Star Paving) could lay asphalt.

(Utek) Finished the roof on Building 'B' garage.

(DG Concrete) sleeved the road crossings for Questar. They could not finish the lot between Building 'C' & 'B' garages because the rain made a puddle.

(Star Paving) passed compaction on the main road from the intersection to 2500 W then down the west parking lot for Building 'A'. The rain made it too wet to work by 8:00 AM. They tried to start again at 11:00 AM and were rained out in less than an hour.

(Utek) Sheeted Building 'C' garage and framed the East end of Building 'C' walls.

(Air Doctors)Continued up the the Southern end of Building 'A' with exhaust fans and cold air returns on 3 units for a total of 7 complete.

(Utek)Jess Finished the center section and started the West end of Building 'C' 1st floor. Alma Finished sheeting Building 'A' garage and set trusses on Building 'C' garage.

(DG Concrete) Fixed the valve boxes and set them to road elevation, put road base in Building 'B' parking lot and sand in the lot between the garages.

(Utek)Built the center units on Building 'C'. Rolled trusses on the Building 'A' garage and sheeted the North side.

(DC Concrete)Installed the E-fill and then road base North of the intersection and E-fill in Building 'B' parking lot and passed inspection on all.
