(G & M) Installed cabinets on the North end of 2nd and 3rd floor in Building 'A'.

(Wall to Wall) Painted 8 units on the 4th floor of Building 'A'.

(SDS) Hung the Breeze way doors on the East side 3rd and 4th in Building 'C'

(Nutek)Fire taped pre-rock on the East end of 3rd and 4th floor in Building 'C'  Taped behind the tubs on Building 'E'.  Finished hanging the sheetrock on 1st floor of Building 'C' and started taping it. LKL delivered the sheetrock for Building 'D' and stacked it for speedy stocking in the Building tomorrow. .

(Cardalls) Fixed areas from the insulation inspection on Building 'C'.  Started insulation on Building 'D' 1st floor.

(Warburtons) Worked on the West Breezeway 2nd floor of Building 'C'. Installed siding on the South center and West sections of  Building 'C' 

(Air Doctors) Worked on the ducts on the 2nd floor in Building 'C'. Installed flue pipes in Building 'B'. 

(Clegg Steel) Installed stairs on Building 'C' and delivered the beams for Building 'B'

(Utek) Finished setting Windows and doors on Building 'B' and Worked on the gable over builds.

(Reliance) Wired units on 4th floor of Building 'D' and passed inspection.


(Red Oak) Worked on gas on 3rd and 4th floors for Building 'E'. Passed inspection on 3rd and 4th floors of Building 'D'.  They still do not have the flex lines to hook up the furnaces on Building 'A'.

(Reliance) Wired units on 4th floor of Building 'D'

(Red Oak)Worked on gas for Building 'E'. The filled the DWV in Building 'D'.  Rob (Red Oak) did not turn the fire hydrant all of the way on and water came up from the ground and down the road.  They passed Building 'D' re-inspections.

We had a robbery last night.  I got a call from the Sheriff this morning.  Apparently, I guy named Powell and a female came here looking for a door for a buddy.  We do not have any on site that are not hung so they stole some cordless tools and while trying to leave they got high centered on a curb between the garages.  The Sheriff impounded their vehicle and could not find Powell.  They brought in a K9 and found him in Building 'B' or 'E' (The Sheriff just knew it had no heat).  Powell confessed and the tools are in his vehicle in the impound lot.  The Sheriff said it might take unit tomorrow to get the warrant to get tools out of the vehicle. 

Air Doctors did get their tools back, estimated $1000 worth.  Unit 201 in Building 'C' had the insulation pulled out of the walls and the plastic was shredded.  They might have found him in that unit.  I went to the Sheriff Station and asked for the report for our records.  Because they caught the guy it is now a prosecution and we will have to wait at least a week before we can get the report from the County Attorney.

(SDS) Came back to install trim on the attic accesses in Building 'A' as well as fix some trim that was cut too short.

(Nutek)n Finished hanging pre-rock on the West end of 3rd floor in Building 'C' Started the 4th floor. Fire taped the last 4 units on 2nd floor Building 'C'. Hung the lids in Building 'B' chases.  Taped behind the tubs on Building 'E'

(Warburtons) Worked on the South East gable of Building 'A'. Installed siding on the South East corner of  Building 'C'

(Utek) Set Windows and doors on Building 'B' and cleaned off the snow of the roof so they could work on the over builds from the gables... 

(Reliance) Wired units on 3rd floor of Building 'D'

(Red Oak) Started drilling out Building 'E' and running gas lines. Water Heaters were delivered and they stocked Building 'A' with them. Failed 4-way but took the list and finished it up for tomorrows inspection.

Talking Points:
Ether (Red Oak) has completed Building ‘D’ four days ahead of schedule. This will cause more overlap on duct work.  On 2/6 until Building ‘C’ duct work is complete.  William (Air Doctors) said this will not be a problem.
Air Doctors and Utek have worked out a system to install the ducts and frame the drops on one floor in 4 days.
Nutek will hang drywall in the chase lids in Building ‘B’ so that Air Doctors can install the flue pipes while they have the man power.
Hardware will be delivered on 1/29
Electrical trim will start on 1/29
Water heaters will be delivered on 1/30
Appliances will be delivered on 2/6
Diamond Z would like to scratch coat both ‘D’ & ‘E” on Monday 2/4.  We need the the penetrations done on Building ‘E
