Talking Points:
I asked all the sub to be careful with the plastic because the labor for keeping the plastic repaired is taking most of the day.
Hardware will be delivered on 1/28
Electrical trim will start on 1/28
Water heaters will be delivered on 1/30
Appliances will be delivered on 2/6
Diamond Z would like to scratch coat both ‘D’ & ‘E” at the same time. When can we count on the penetrations being done on Building ‘E’- Middle of next week
Propane will be provided only for those who need it. IE Drywall tape to dry
Dumpster % breakdown was discussed and 6 of 10 subs opted to take care of their own trash. We will not provide a dumpster.
Furnaces on Building ‘A’ 1st floor are waiting for gas line material delivery. As soon as we get gas lines hooked up Bryson (Reliance) will wire them in.
