(Wholesale Flooring) Installed Vinyl in 8 units on the North End of Building 'A' 4 on 2nd and 4 on 3rd.
(Wall to Wall) Prepped 4 units on the North end of the 4th floor of Building 'A'.
(Wall to Wall) Prepped 4 units on the North end of the 4th floor of Building 'A'.
(Nutek)n Finished hanging pre-rock on the 2nd floor of Building 'C'. Started pre-rock on the West end of 3rd floor in Building 'C' Fire taped 4 of 8 units on 2nd floor Building 'C'
(Warburtons) Worked on some details on the inside of Building 'A' 4th floor breeze way Installed the house wrap on the South East corner of Building 'C'
(Air Doctors) Worked on the ducts on the first floor in Building 'C'
(Utek) Set the steel columns on the entry ways for Building 'B' and craned the gables on to them..
(Reliance) Wired units on 3rd floor of Building 'D'
(Red Oak) I had to call their laborer to come and finish the fire caulk for Building 'C'. They did not have fire caulk on site so we borrowed some from Air doctors. Worked on Fire Caulk on the 1st floor of Building 'C'

Talking Points:
Ether (Red Oak) has completed Building ‘D’ four days ahead of schedule. This will cause more overlap on duct work. On 2/6 until Building ‘C’ duct work is complete. William (Air Doctors) said this will not be a problem.
Air Doctors and Utek have worked out a system to install the ducts and frame the drops on one floor in 4 days.
Nutek will hang drywall in the chase lids in Building ‘B’ so that Air Doctors can install the flue pipes while they have the man power.
Hardware will be delivered on 1/29
Electrical trim will start on 1/29
Water heaters will be delivered on 1/30
Appliances will be delivered on 2/6
Diamond Z would like to scratch coat both ‘D’ & ‘E” on Monday 2/4. We need the the penetrations done on Building ‘E
