Sub Meeting 1/14/2012

Rick (Warburtons)
Doug (Cardalls)
Eric (Nutek)
Konrad (Nutek)
Justin (Sterns)
Earl (Knell)
Bryson (Reliance)
William (Air Doctors)
Ether (Red Oak)
Rob (Clegg Steel)

Talking Points:
Nick told all of the subs that they have been doing very well thus far.  He spoke of the liquidated damages being $500/unit which are bad enough but add on the fact that HUD seems to be holding the next project (in Payson) up to see how this project turns out.  Nick asked for any suggestions the subs had to speed up the process.
William (Air Doctors) suggested that at least after the 2nd floor we work up each tower rather than a floor at a time. Saving the tool transfer time from side to side.
Bryson (Reliance) suggested that we get a dumpster for all the subs trash so that the building can be kept cleaner.
Alma (Utek) told us that there were 2 or 3 Port-o-John’s that were locked.  We need more Johns closer to the Buildings.
Rick (Warburtons) said that if we  could get the corridor doors hung on the Building ‘D’ he could send another 3 man crew to start the decks and corridors.
Konrad (Nutek) told us that with the remaining buildings we would stock the sheetrock in the parking lots and not put them in the buildings unit after the 4-way inspection.  All agreed that would speed the process.
Ether (Red Oak) is going get gas lines run in Building ‘D & E’ so that we can run our heaters.
Justin (Stearns) Will get a price on temporary sidewalks to the building including heating the ground.  He also suggested that in order to reduce the problems with gelled fuel we could fill our lifts with a 50/50 mix of #1 diesel from Western Petroleum,
Doug (Cardalls) told us that if we could get him the whole of Building ‘C’ they could get enough guys to insulate it all in a week and a half.
