Work in Progress:
(G&M Wood) unloaded the cabinets for Building 'A' and started stocking them in the units.

(Standard Builders) Worked on finish South end of 1st floor on Building 'A'.

(Warburtons) Worked on the roof for Building 'C', siding on Building 'C' garage. Siding on Building 'A'

(Diamond Z) Worked on stone on the West end of Building 'C'

(Extreme Fire) Worked on the attic system for Building 'C' and the plastic on Building 'E'

The cold made all of the lifts have problems.  The framers lifts fuel gel-ed.  Our lifts hydraulics were not working and the battery died.  Reliance's lift would not start and when we did get it started the hydraulics started leaking.

Meet with Ether (Red Oak) we discussed the challenges they were having (Cold, Holidays, poor production from labor)  We decided on Friday 1/11 for the final 4-way on Building 'C' so that they can get the whole building made up for the DWV test and pass it.  Ether said he would be here personally to push his guys and get it done.  Ether also said that Building 'D' would be ready for the final 4-way on Friday 2/1, and that date would give him plenty of time so I would not be disappointed and possible be ahead of schedule.

I called Mike (Cardalls) about getting the insulation blown in the attic on Building 'A' on Wednesday 1/9 after the draft stop inspection on Tuesday.  I also told him we would need to man up on Building 'C' because we would not be moving floor by floor but instead the whole building would be ready.  They will start 1/15.

Cabinet were delivered today.  We were concerned about the cold so we made plans to stock the cabinets in the units.  When the cabinets arrived they were in unheated trucks and the outside temp was -16˚.  Once we started stocking the cabinets in the units with the finish carpenters and sheetrockers working there were some issues and Geary (G&M Wood) was also worried about getting all the cabinets stocked before dark.  Geary said that since the trucks were not heated we would probably be OK to put the upper level cabinets in the garages for now.

Rob (Service Master) came and climbed into the attic to check our condensation problem.  After investigation and doing some math on the relative humility, he suggested that we open the windows wider and wider until they are no longer wet at the end of the day.  Rob said that if we did that we could have all the moisture in the attic cleared out this weekend.

Troy with the Uintah County Sheriffs office came by Friday night to check the building for people who may be staying in it at night.
