Work in Progress:
(Air Doctors) prepped their holes for exhaust fans and flue pipes.  The flue chase walls were not framed on the upper levels so they are limited to what they can do.  They parked their trailer between our office trailer and Reliance's office trailer.

(Sterns) poured the radius' and augured the areas were they will slip tomorrow on the East side.

(Red Oak Plumbing) prepped and passed inspection on Building 'E' underground. Then back filled.

(Red Oak) got ready for a pour on Building 'B' garage walls but we do not have straps nor a framer to supply them, so they poured Building 'A' Garage floor.  They started forming the Club House footings.  Th

(DG Concrete) worked with Sterns to install the roof drain pipes were possible and continued with parking sub grade.

(Air Doctors)arrived with a camper and we went over their concerns about the plans see RFI #16

(Sterns) Continued down the road with curb and gutter pouring their tie ins

(Red Oak Plumbing) Started on underground for Building 'E'

(Red Oak)Finished tieing the bar for Building 'B' footings and started on Building 'B' garage foundation walls.




(DG Concrete)Started, at 2500 W, to fill in were needed in the parking areas along the road. Shad (DG Concrete) drove over the valve box for the fire hydrant with the track hoe and broke the 6" line on the hydrant side of the valve.  They had it fixed by the end of the day and started a chlorine bake.

(Sterns) poured the end sections were they could not slip.  Including the approaches to 2500 W.

(TouchStone) stood some walls on the North end of Building 'A' then cleaned up the area and loaded their campers and left.

 (Red Oak) passed inspection for Building 'B' footings and garage foundation walls.

Work in Progress:
(Sterns) poured the end sections were they could not slip.  Dennis (Sterns) noticed that the large island in Building 'A' parking lot had a transition across the sidewalk, at the handicap ramp on the North end,  of 1 foot.  I called Lonny (Legend) and we moved the stake in the small parking lot up .8' and the stake out by the road  .6'.  This will leave a channel in the road.

(TouchStone)Sheeted the 4th Floor

 (Red Oak)formed Building 'B' footings.

(DG Concrete) Back filled the interior of Building 'E' and touched up the grades for Sterns

(TouchStone) Finished framing the 3nd floor interior bearing walls and started rolling 4th floor joists.

(Red Oak) poured Building 'E' walls, and Building 'E' Breeze way walls. Then continued forming Building 'B' footing.

(DG Concrete) Built ramps for the framers on each end of Building 'A'.  Graded for sidewalk on Building 'C'.  Touched up Building 'B' footing holes for (Red Oak)

(TouchStone) Finished framing the 3nd floor walls.

 (Red Oak) finished forming Building 'E' Breeze way walls, passed inspection on Building 'E' walls and 'D' floor, and tied bar in Building 'A' garage floor.  Then started forming Building 'B' footing

(DG Concrete) Dug the water way in Building 'A' parking lot. Started forming the sidewalk around Building 'C' and compacted the back fill they added around Building 'D'

Terri (Questar) came by and measured the services to the buildings we are going to try and get all off them installed so they do not have to bore under the road.  We also drove to 500 South and laid out the two stubs their.

Steve (Clegg Steel) came out to the site and field measured for the stairs.

(Sterns) slipped curb.  They started on the North end of Building 'A'

(TouchStone) Built and stood the exterior walls on Building 'A' 3rd floor.

I called to follow up Steve (Clegg Steel) and left a message asking for an on site meeting, for the stairs.  I talked and emailed Steve on 8/14 as well to request an on site meeting.

Work in Progress:

 (Sterns) Strung the curb in the areas were it could be slipped.  They do not have a form for Reverse Curb so they will Curb catch until the hand poured sections.  Dennis (Sterns) told me 1/2 after the curb is slipped you can walk on it and he would guarantee we could drive on it by Monday.

(TouchStone) continued sheeting 3rd floor joists and started 3rd Floor walls at the South end.  They also worked on the deck walls on the 2nd floor

(DG Concrete) finished the last parts of curb and gutter then repaired were Questar trenched along the curb and gutter at the North end of Building 'A'.  When (Sterns) showed up we walked he site and touched up the road so the curb machine would run smooth.  (Sterns) did not want to shove the roof drain pipes through were the machine slipped the curb.  I spoke with Keith (DG Concrete) and we decided to move as many of the drains to were (Sterns) was hand poring the curb and core out where we would have to.  Keith would work out the cost with McKay.

(TouchStone) continued to roll the 3rd floor joists and started sheeting at the South end.

(Red Oak) passed inspection on Building 'B' garage footings.

(DG Concrete) dug and filled Club House footings.  Tim installed the gravel around my drain boxes behind Building 'C' garage.

Work in Progress:
(TouchStone) Finished framing the North end of the 2nd Floor.  Rolled Joists on the South end and laid out the middle section.

(Reliance) Back filled the secondaries around Building 'C', delivered another conex and made ready to leave.

(Red Oak) Tied all the rebar in Building 'B' garage footings.

(DG Concrete) Finished the curb and gutter on the whole site.  Installed the irrigation meters by Building 'D' and the Club house.  We laid out the Club House footings.  Tim and I laid out the drain boxes behind Building 'C' garage.

(TouchStone) Continued framing the 2nd floor walls.  Laid out the 3rd floor and started cutting the TJI's

(Reliance) Dug secondaries for Building 'C'

(Red Oak) formed Building 'B' garage footings

(DG Concrete) Prepped the Curb and gutter around Building 'C' and in front of Building 'D'.  They also graveled the slab for Building 'D'.  We found the center of road hubs at each end of the section of road were we are graded too deep.  The sub base was graded right on at each end.  The hub in the middle was a cut and as such was dug out.  Chris (DG Concrete) said go ahead with the curb and we will look at the road later.  DG Concrete also pointed out that the sewer clean out for Building 'D' is in the parking stalls and there was a lot of ground water when Ether (Red Oak Plumbing) hooked up the sewer lateral.

(Reliance) worked on secondaries to Building 'C' and Building 'B'.

(Red Oak) poured the center section of Building 'C'.  Pass inspection and poured the 1st half of Building 'E' foundation walls.  Ben (Horrocks) told me they had a 7 1/2" slump.

Work in Progress:
(TouchStone) Continued framing the 2nd floor walls and made up all of the headers they will need..  We discovered a problem with the decks were the concrete would only be 2" thick if we had full slope.  We will now set the decks an 1 1/2" lower so the concrete will contain the slope.

(Reliance) Backfilled their trenches around Building 'C' and Fixed their conduit in front of Building 'D' that Ether (Red Oak Plumbing0 damaged.


(Red Oak Plumbing) Passed inspection on the underground in Building 'E' and started backfill

(Red Oak) poured the patios and breeze ways in Building 'C' Finished prep for the center section of Building 'C'.  They also started setting forms on Building 'E' foundation walls.

(DG Concrete) Finished all of the curb and gutter we still had stakes for and made me a list of stakes needed.  Finished the grade and gravel for Building 'C' Garage and Backfilled around Building 'D'

(TouchStone) Started framing the 2nd floor walls and figured out the Stair holes.

(Reliance) Poured the last 4 light poles and continued with the primaries in front of Building 'C'

(Red Oak Plumbing) Installed the floor drains in Building 'C' before the 4 AM pour then finished plumbing Building 'D' and tested it.

(Red Oak) Pour each end of Building 'C' at 4 AM.  Then formed the breezeways and patios and started on 1/2 of Building 'E' foundation walls.

(DG Concrete) graded and graveled Building 'A' garage,  graded more curb and gutter, and graded Building 'C' garage.
